The JRC-ENCR Cancer Registries Data Quality Check Software (QCS) in the new version 2.0, developed by the JRC Cancer Information Group in collaboration with the ENCR, is meant to enable cancer registries to perform data quality checks on their own, testing the adherence of their data to the format required by the new 2021 ENCR-JRC data call protocol.
The present version 2.0 of the software, which includes several enhancements, follows version 1.8.1 released in 2019.
