The first eLearning package created by the ENCR included six modules, published in the ENCR eLearning platform hosted at eCancer. As of their release in November 2021, a total of 1289 modules have been accessed across 98 countries. Below is a breakdown of each module:

Six new modules are in the final production phase and include:

- Colorectal cancer
- Hepatobiliary & pancreas
- Sarcoma
- Urothelial tumours
- Diagnosis and treatment of cancer in the 21st century
