The European Commission Joint Research Centre, Health in Society Unit is looking for a health economist/modelling expert for its Health Promotion team.
Within its Directorate for Health, Consumers and Reference Materials, the Health in Society Unit supports EU policies in public health for promoting excellence and equality of health-care in all Member States.
The new colleague with strong professional background related to health economics, mathematical modelling, assessing health impacts and data analysis will provide support to the Health Promotion group for data identification, data extraction and statistical analyses of large datasets as well as quantitative assessments, including modelling where appropriate, of impacts related to public health.
The position is at the EC JRC site in Ispra, Italy.
