COMPATIBILITY WITH ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

The JRC-ENCR Quality Check Software (QCS) application is designed to be compatible with the following most used assistive technologies:

- It runs only on computers: e.g. Windows, Linux and Apple OS. It cannot run on a mobile or on a browser.
- in combination with the latest versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver (QCS was tested using NVDA).

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the JRC-ENCR Quality Check Software (QCS) application, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working on to fix.

Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for the JRC-ENCR Quality Check Software (QCS) application:

- This application is not fully navigable using a modern screen reader, as the button titles are not read, which means that a visually impaired person would not know there is a button. Because of this also all content in these will not be accessible.

We will work on fixing these issues by September 2026.
